Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask CAPA Ventures LLC, doing business as Landscapingrise ("Landscapingrise," "we," "us"), to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, free of charge. This page explains how. It applies to everyone, including people who interacted with us through Facebook or Instagram, for example through Meta Lead Ads, our ads, or our Meta developer app (Landscapingrise).
Option 1: Email us (fastest)
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name.
- The phone number and/or email address you used with us (for example, in a website form or a Facebook/Instagram lead form).
- If you requested an estimate, the name of the tree service or landscaping company (if you know it).
- If your request concerns Facebook or Instagram data: the name on your Facebook or Instagram account and, if available, the approximate date you submitted the form or used our app.
- Optional: tell us if you only want us to stop contacting you instead of deleting everything.

Option 2: Remove our app from your Facebook account
If you connected your Facebook account to our app:
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or visit https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications).
- Find Landscapingrise and click Remove.
- Open the Removed apps list, select our app, and click Send request to ask us to delete your data.
This stops our app from receiving new data from your account. Please also email us (Option 1) so we can find and delete records tied to your name, phone number, or email in our systems.
Just want us to stop texting or calling?
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
- Calls: tell the caller to stop calling, or email us. We will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
- Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
What we delete
After we verify your request, we delete (or permanently de-identify) the personal information linked to you in our systems and instruct our service providers to do the same, including:
- Contact details, form and lead form answers, and notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and internal databases;
- Call recordings, meeting recordings, and transcripts that identify you;
- Any data our Meta app received about you from Facebook or Instagram ("Platform Data"), such as Lead Ads submissions or app-scoped user IDs;
- Your contact information in advertising audiences we control.
What we may keep, and why
We may keep limited information when the law requires or allows it, and only as long as necessary:
- Your opt-out / do-not-contact record (name and phone number or email only), so we never contact you again;
- Records of text message consent and opt-out needed to comply with telemarketing laws;
- Invoices and payment records (Clients only) required for tax and accounting;
- Information needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or comply with a legal obligation.
If we keep anything, we will tell you what and why in our response.
Leads delivered to a company. If you requested an estimate, your information was sent to the tree service or landscaping company you asked to hear from. We will notify that company of your deletion request, but it may keep its own copy under its own policies. You can also contact that company directly.
How we verify your request
To protect you, we confirm the request comes from you by matching the details you provide with our records, for example by sending a one-time code or confirmation message to the phone number or email we have on file. We will never ask for your Facebook password.

You can check the status of your request at any time by replying to our email or writing to [email protected] with your reference number.
Questions or appeals
If we decline any part of your request, we will explain why. To appeal, reply with the subject "Privacy Appeal," and we will respond within 60 days. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
